Accessibility Statement
RVK Treatment is committed to making this website accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
DEMO NOTICE: This is a demonstration website for RVK AI. This Accessibility Statement is illustrative and does not represent the accessibility status of any real product or service.
Our Commitment
RVK Treatment is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
Accessibility is not a one-time project — it is an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our website against WCAG 2.1 AA standards and prioritize remediation of identified issues in our development roadmap.
Accessibility Features
This website includes several features designed to improve accessibility: keyboard navigation support throughout all interactive elements, sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards, descriptive alt text on all meaningful images, semantic HTML structure to support screen readers, and focus indicators on all interactive elements.
All form inputs include associated labels. Navigation menus are structured with appropriate ARIA roles and landmarks. Headings are hierarchically structured to support navigational scanning by screen reader users.
We do not use content that flashes more than three times per second, which could trigger photosensitive seizures. Videos on this site include captions where feasible.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of the website may not yet meet all criteria. Known limitations include: some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers, and certain third-party embedded tools (such as chat widgets) may have accessibility limitations that are outside of our direct control.
We are actively working to address these limitations. Third-party vendors we work with are contractually encouraged to meet accessibility standards.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not listed here, please contact us — your feedback directly informs our remediation priorities.
Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the RVK Treatment website. If you experience any accessibility barriers, please contact our admissions team at (561) 621-1311. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you need information or assistance from this website in an alternative format — such as large print, audio, or a different language — please call our admissions line and a care guide will assist you.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days. Your feedback helps us identify issues and improve the experience for all users.
Third-Party Content
This website may contain links to external websites or embed content from third-party providers. RVK Treatment does not control the accessibility of external sites and cannot guarantee their conformance with accessibility standards.
If you encounter accessibility barriers on a linked external site, we encourage you to contact that organization directly. We are happy to help identify alternative access routes where possible.
This Accessibility Statement was last reviewed on January 1, 2025. We review and update this statement annually or whenever significant changes are made to the website.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
We strive to ensure compatibility with common assistive technologies including screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), magnification software, and voice recognition tools. Our website is built with semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and structured headings to support navigational scanning.
If you use assistive technology and encounter barriers on this website, please contact us. Your feedback helps us prioritize remediation and improve the experience for all users. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome input from the disability community.
