For facilities using our AI voice agent services, we process call recordings and transcripts in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use industry-leading cloud infrastructure, and SOC 2 certification is in progress.
